Valid change occurs where there’s the will to Inculcate fairness with each and every parties are adequately represented.
Disability be it Downsyndrome or other different disabilities, has never been a hassle if adequate legal and infrastructural provisions are made with multiple possibilities.
Down Syndrome is a genetic occurrence caused by extra material in chromosome 21 that results in intellectual disability.
It is not yet known why this occurs.
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities reaffirms that such persons, including those with Down Syndrome, are entitled to human rights on an equal basis with others.
World Down Syndrome Day provides the opportunity to raise public awareness and reaffirm that all individuals living with Down Syndrome can, given the appropriate support and opportunity, achieve their potential and make an important contribution to society.
The UN General Assembly declared this Day in its 2011 resolution A/RES/66/149.
